FSEs arbejdsgruppe omkring en Supporter Håndbog er så småt ved at nå til vejs ende. Der var stor enighed blandt fan-repræsentanter såvel som UEFA, FIFPro, Europarådet mfl. da arbejdsgruppen i den forløbne uge mødtes. Det viser blot at dialog atter er vejen frem.
